Vendor Rules & Regulations
1. Music Restrictions
No amplified sound or music is permitted from individual vendor booths.
2. Prohibited Substances
The possession or use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited within the venue.
3. Weapons Policy
Firearms, knives, or any other weapons are not allowed on event premises.
4. Beverage Sales Policy
Vendors are not permitted to sell water, soda, or juice. Only pre-approved Specialty Drink Vendors may offer specialty beverages such as boba, vaifala, etc.
5. Fire Safety Compliance
All vendors are legally required to have the appropriate fire extinguisher(s) accessible at their booth at all times.
6. Parking Passes
Each vendor will receive one (1) parking pass for use in the designated vendor parking area. Passes will be distributed during the week of the event.
7. Setup Schedule
Vendor setup will take place on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
No vehicles will be permitted in the drop-off area after 12:00 PM — no exceptions.
8. Event Schedule
Event hours are 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Sunday, August 31.
Vendors may begin breakdown and load-out no earlier than 10:30 PM.
9. Power Requirements
All vendors are responsible for providing their own lighting and power sources.
Only quiet-type inverter generators will be permitted.
10. Tent Specifications
All vendor tents must be white and measure exactly 10’ x 10’. No other colors or sizes will be allowed.
11. Participation
All vendors must participate in both days of event on August 30 & 31, 2025. No single day participation will be allowed.
12. Vendor Fees & Allowance
Food @ $1,500 per day. Total of 16 allowed
Snacks & Desserts @ $1,250 per day. Total of 10 allowed.
Specialty Drinks @ $1,250 per day. Total of 6 allowed.
Strictly Malasada @ $1,250 per day. Total of 2 allowed
Strictly Shave Ice or Icee @ $1,250 per day. Total of 2 allowed
Merchandise & Information @ $650 per day. Total of 30 allowed.
